It is the goal of our program to help young women develop the basic skills, knowledge, team concepts, and strategies used to play basketball at a competitive level competing in the Capital District Girls Basketball League (CDGBL) & the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). We encourage all players that education is their top priority and should always come first.  

Established 1998
The Albany Junior Lady Falcons Girls Basketball, Inc. was established in 1998 and is a growing program that has been within the Capital District and is designed to provide girls an opportunity for participation in organized competitive Girls Basketball. In providing this opportunity, emphasis will be placed on the importance of education, self-discipline, initiative, team spirit, sportsmanship, competition, friendship, teamwork, and the building of character and mutual understanding among today's youth.
